Services

Our industry leading machines offer various options to ensure your laundry is cared for and cleaned to the highest of standards. Machines come in different sizes to accommodate the quantity of laundry you plan to wash and dry, and pricing will vary depending on your personal requirements. Customer service representatives are on hand to answer any question.

Our state of the art machines are so effective that we guarantee all your laundry will be dried in just ONE DRYER CYCLE with the proper options selected. Pick the right size dryer to accommodate your laundry and if after ONE CYCLE your laundry isn’t dry, simply contact our customer service representative and they will start the same dryer at no extra cost to you*.

* Machines should not be overfilled and Comforters aren’t included in the guarantee due to variations in size/material.

Wash, Dry, Fold (WDF) is a service our stores provide that allows you to drop off your laundry and have our highly trained staff do it for you. We wash, dry and fold all of your laundry to a very high standard that ensures your clothes are clean, fragrant, well cared for and folded to a precise size.

If your laundry needs are urgent, we have an express service that, for a little more, will have your laundry ready for you the same day.

Our wash, dry, fold service is based upon weight, with large items such as comforters, blankets, pillows and sleeping bags are based on size.

Store/Other

Our store hours vary by location, but we do close for major holidays, natural emergencies or anything that risks our employees or customers safety.

Our stores are cashless stores, which means there is no cash available to our staff at any time. All refunds will be in the form of store credit, which is loaded onto your card balance.

Store managers work throughout the week, but are not available at all times. However, the store is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our highly trained customer service representatives, who will answer any of your questions or inform you of the date and time the store manager will next be on shift. Also, for your convenience, you may visit our contact page to send us a message.

Speed Queen App

Ensure you are connected to WiFi or cellular data and have cellular service.

Check spam/junk folders and confirm your email address was input correctly

Ensure you have verified your account with the verification code sent via email

Verify payment details are correct

Go to Settings and check balance. There must be enough Rewards credits to pay for the entire payment, a Rewards payment may not be combined with any other payment.

Check the machine number and ensure it is not already in use

Be sure Rewards or account balance has the required dollar amount shown. Reward credits must cover the full payment and cannot be split with another payment type.

Ensure the correct machine has been selected and paid for in the app before pressing Start on the machine. Start must be pressed on the machine.

Be sure you have opted-in to receive notifications via text, email or push notifications and that the setting is turned on.

*If your problem is not covered above, go to Settings in the upper right corner of your Speed Queen app and tap Support to be connected to a technical support agent via Live Chat, or use our contact form.

Laundry Cards

All of our stores are cashless for your safety. Our stores have a system that allows you to load money onto a card that can be personally registered* to you. This card allows you to start our machines, pay for wash, dry, fold, and can also be used to purchase over the counter retail items. Each time you use your card you earn points which can be exchanged for extra in-store credit.

* By registering your card you will always be able to access your balance even if the card is lost

You can check your card balance by visiting the store where the card was purchased. Contact the customer service representative at your local Speed Queen Laundry.

You can only use your card at the store where the card was purchased. Cards are not able to be used at multiple locations. For balance transfers please contact the store manager of the location you wish to transfer to.
